We deliver that pure water through a carbon-fiber pole with a soft brush head, which lets us reach windows up to three stories from the ground in most homes without ever climbing a ladder.

The cleaning sequence is straightforward and effective. First we agitate the glass and frames with the soft brush under a flow of pure water, lifting dirt, pollen, spider webs, and bug debris. Then we rinse with a final pure-water flush, working from the top of each pane down so the runoff carries grime away cleanly. The glass is left wet, and as it dries the pure water leaves no spots behind.

We also clean window frames, sills, and screens as part of every job. Frames collect a surprising amount of grit and cobwebs that throw off the look of an otherwise clean window. Screens get a gentle rinse and brush to remove pollen and dust. Sills and tracks are wiped or detailed depending on access. The goal is a complete window, not just a clean piece of glass.

For ground-floor and reachable windows, we will also use traditional squeegee work with a slim mop and rubber blade.
