How We Document Every Job in Central Texas

Before a single hose comes off the trailer, we walk the property with the homeowner and photograph the areas that bother them most: the oil spot at the top of the driveway, the green film creeping up the north wall, the black streaks running down the shingles. Those photos set the baseline. When the job is finished we shoot the same spots from the same angle so the comparison is honest — no flattering light, no wide-angle tricks, no swapping in someone else's property.

Central Texas grime is its own animal. Cedar and oak pollen coat everything for months, algae takes hold anywhere the sun does not reach, red clay splashes up the lower two feet of siding after every storm, and driveway oil bakes into the concrete all summer. Each of those needs a different chemistry and a different pressure, which is why our before and after photos look different depending on the surface. A soft-washed wall looks evenly refreshed; a surface-cleaned driveway looks dramatically lighter. Both are correct results.

Before & After Photo FAQs

Are these real photos of your own jobs? +

Yes. Every photo on this page is shot by our crew on a real Central Texas property — same day, same camera, same angle for the before and the after.

Do you photograph every job? +

We do. Before we pull a hose off the trailer we walk the property and shoot the problem areas, then we shoot the same spots again at the final walk-through. You get to see exactly what changed, and we have a record if anything ever needs a touch-up.

Why do some surfaces still look shaded or spotted after cleaning? +

Concrete can carry permanent staining — rust from sprinkler water, deep oil that has soaked past the surface, or etching from a previous acid wash. We tell you up front when something is a stain rather than dirt, so the after photo is an honest result, not a promise we can't keep.

How long do results like these last in Austin? +

Most homes look great for twelve to eighteen months. Shaded north-facing walls, tree-covered driveways, and anything near a sprinkler head get dirty faster. An annual visit keeps the property at the level you see in these after photos.
